How do you outrank Walmart, Target, and the Top 500 Retailers

We have a client that must rank #1 for a keyword. The problem is the #10 ranked website has 35,000 back links pointing to them.

My personal SEO blog inventory is 11,000. Even If I was to get every single link pointing to him, I would get him on the second page at most.

So how we do it? Well I dont know yet but I got a brilliant idea today. What if we ride on someones website ranking.

How do you do that? Well the idea I am about to tell you will not sound new, in fact I am sure you heard of it because I have. But I never understood why I should do it, when I can just do the same on my own website and rank my own stuff.

Well after all I finally found the reason why others do it and why I should try it.

You know how you can create a blog say on Tumblr to work look like this on tumblr.com. Well Tumblr has 3 million back links. A lot more than any one of the top 500 retailers.

So how will I do it, Ill make exactly that, tumblr.com. Make a nice SEO post and rank the hell out of it with my 11,000 blogs.

Then from that blog I will have a nice graphic pointing to my website. Sure I might lose some people, but you know what. 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
