1Creating TicketGo to "My Account" and switch to the "Help Desk" tab. Select the project and click "Search". Click on "Create a new ticket". 2Submitting ticketIn popup window type the subject and message regarding your ticket. Attach up to 3 files if needed. Then click on "Create" to submit your ticket. 3Tickets overviewScroll down to the Tickets section to overview your tickets. If you need to leave a comment, then click on the ticket. Type your comment and click "Post" to submit it.
