Amazon Feed: Setup And Usage

Go to Marketplace > Sell on Amazon

Amazon feed setup

Enter a Name for the feed, choose Submit Mode. (All Products option has to be chosen only in case if you are sure that the data is 100% perfect). Else, select Real products with default/real inventory.

If you want to use same product info as in SCE, then select Product info and set synchronization time to Manual to avoid slowdowns.

If you select Price and Inventory in Inventory Synchronization tab, then the info will be taken from SCE.

Warning!

Don't check Product info and Price to avoid overwriting of any existing data on Amazon.

You can set Minimum inventory and Maximum inventory for all the products in the feed.

Discount is used to assign unique pricing for each marketplace (for more info check the tutorial on wholesale level discounts). In case of Amazon you should check price option and product info to update prices on Amazon.

Warning!

If product info is checked, all existing on Amazon will get overwritten with SCE data.

If you select Unique Options Ads, then all the products with options will reflect on Amazon as unique products.

Choose countries from Marketplace ID list.

Click Register for use MWS

Amazon Marketplace Web Service Setup

On the new page enter your credentials and Sign in

Choose last option and enter info as:
Developer's name: Shopping Cart Elite
Developer Account Number: 2762-4299-6680

Choose Agree and click Next

Copy Seller ID from Amazon MWS and paste it in the appropriate field in the application.

Category mapping

Go to Marketplace > Category mapping

Choose category and open it.

Switch to Marketplace Mapping tab. Select market where you will sell your goods.

Go to Amazon Inventory File Templates page.

Scroll down and find category matching to your product type. Download its Inventory File Template file and Browse Tree Guide file.

Open Inventory File Template file and switch to Valid Values tab. Select Product type matching your product. Copy and paste it inside Amazon ID field in SCE.
Click Ok > Save

Warning!

If there is no Product type matching your product, then leave the field blank.

Add the product

Get back to your Amazon feed (Marketplace > Sell on Amazon). Switch to the Products tab and click Add > New Products.

Select Category and click Search.

Choose the product and click Select.

Open the product.

Switch to Marketplace Fields and choose Amazon in Marketplace field.

Assign SKU, Product ID and Product ID type.

Open BTG file, that was downloaded before. Switch to the second tab and copy Item Type Keyword that matches your product. Paste it in Item Type Keyword field inside SCE.
Click Save.
