Emails

Go to Settings >Email Accounts


Open Auto-Respond Templates

Template

Choose a message you want to modify from the Template dropdown:

Status

To enable / disable the notification click On/Off Status button next to the message name you have selected.

Placeholders

If you would like to add a placeholder (tag) to the message, double click on the placeholders title and move that tag wherever you want.

Subject & Text

Subject and Text of the message template are located in the main part of the screen:

Saving

Once youre done with modifying the template, save it by clicking Save buttons near the Template Text section and on the screens top:
