1Message TemplatesGo to Settings > Message Templates 2ModulePick a Module. Shared Messages are used in Emails; Follow up Reasons and Notes are used in Tickets, To Do Tasks and Customer Projects 3NewPress Add to add new Message Template. 4DetailsFill out the Topic and Message text boxes and hit Ok. 5SaveClick Save to save the Message Template. 7MessagePick a message to answer on and press Reply or compose new by hitting New Press Message Templates and choose the template. 8Edit & SendModify the message and hit Send.
