Use Message Templates

Message Templates

Go to Settings > Message Templates

Module

Pick a Module.

Shared Messages are used in Emails; Follow up Reasons and Notes are used in Tickets, To Do Tasks and Customer Projects

Press Add to add new Message Template.

Details

Fill out the Topic and Message text boxes and hit Ok.

Save

Click Save to save the Message Template.

Emails

Go to Emails

Choose an email account.

Message

Pick a message to answer on and press Reply or compose new by hitting New

Press Message Templates and choose the template.

Edit & Send

Modify the message and hit Send.
